May-August 2009 – More repairs to windows, roofing, and brick. Roofing on 3rd story. The slope roof that forms the city skyline is salvageable.
Glass on Premise
Here’s a shocker. Glass windows are on the premise. Some attempt is being made to install them by vendor(s) who do this for a living.
Majestic View
Now that interior is down to the studs, new potential is found for the 3rd story floor plan. There is an amazing 180° panoramic view of CU, Main Street, and sunset.

April 2009 – More bracing and demolition. Window repairs using brick below the stone level.
Bracing for Safety
March 2009: A plan reveals itself on how to overcome numerous load bearing issues. Worked on job site logistics, bracing and teardown. Finally, a strategy to demolish portions of the 3rd story wood rot and 40 foot high weak brick wall is devised (brick-by-brick).
